In 2010, I fled the Corporate world to pursue my passion to capture the little moments that make life so incredible. Why? Well, to be frank, it’s really, really fun. Nothing makes me happier than taking that shot that I know you’ll look at again and again and show your kids and frame for your wall.
I absolutely love photography, along with a few other things like a brand new pair of pretty shoes (!), sparkly jewelry, awesome lighting (makes sense that I’m a photographer), traveling (Italy remains as a top favorite), my adorable Yorkie puppy, Oliver, everything bagels loaded with cream cheese, and of course, last but not least, my amazing hubby, Zach (see the picture to the right? That’s us, last Fall, on our wedding day.)
So fantastic, I love photography – but why weddings?
Photographing the range of human emotion on a wedding day is absolutely thrilling. And the under current of every smile and every tear is love. What better job could I think of where I’m surrounded by joy and love.
My style as a photographer is to capture your real relationship on camera: the way your fiancé looks at you when nobody else is looking, or the way your father is overjoyed to see you walk down the aisle, or, one of my favorites, when I catch that moment you guys are off-guard laughing with each other radiating pure joy for each other’s company.
If that sounds like your type of photographer, then we might be a match 🙂
